Susan was an incredible provider. I was devastated to hear about her passing. I hope her family finds peace and resolve in knowing how beloved Susan was by her patients. She has impacted my life in such a tremendous way and I will forever feel indebted to her. So thankful to have been under the care of a provider of such caliber!

Susan cared for both of my parents when I moved them to Santa Fe toward the end of their life. My mom had dementia and my dad had COPD. They both received not only excellent but personalized care from her. She has a wonderful bedside manner, is genuine and caring, and gives time to each patient. She really understands geriatrics and how things are very different when caring for our elders. They canceled my appointment. I initially filled out all paperwork. And it was deleted when they rescheduled me. They canceled once due to snow and I canceled once also due to snow. The office told me it was ok to come in 30 mins prior to my appointment to complete the paperwork. I had already done the bulk of it online. (For the 2nd time). They called me 2 days prior to cancel. This is the provider and the practice you've been waiting for. Susan is an astute listener with extensive clinical experience and a comprehensive understanding of her field. Her bedside manner is as warm as it real. Her practice staff are organized, responsive, engaging and helpful. If I could give her ten stars I would. Highest recommendation.
