We purchased our first family travel trailer from Mountain RV in early August. The experience was very positive. Ron and Tracy were great to work with! They were both knowledgeable and very helpful. We even took our three small children with us, and Tracy was kind enough to preoccupy them while we were completing our paperwork. We would highly recommend them to anyone searching for an RV!
If you don’t buy your camper there the service department doesn’t want to work on it. I was prepared to use their service department for all my needs but not now. I know I’m just one potential customer but you guys lost me. I won’t take or buy there from now on. Bad business practices.
From the moment I walked in the lot my expectations were exceeded. I loved the no pressure atmosphere. Ron was very knowledgeable and followed through on a tight timeline for us. Tracy was also so helpful and easy to work with. Thanks again!
If you are planning on buying a camper this is the place you want to go. These folks are fantastic and so helpful. They really go the extra mile to make you feel like family and even help to calm the nerves on that first journey out of the lot. We will never shop anywhere besides here.
