We just recently purchased our first rv from Ron and Tracy. There was no pressure to purchase anything. Ron is very knowledgeable about rv's and answered all of our questions about rv's. Tracy handled the paperwork and answered questions about the rv's too. We chose the rv we wanted. Ron and Tracy showed us all about it and answered questions we had when we picked it up. We purchased our first family travel trailer from Mountain RV in early August. The experience was very positive. Ron and Tracy were great to work with! They were both knowledgeable and very helpful. We even took our three small children with us, and Tracy was kind enough to preoccupy them while we were completing our paperwork. We would highly recommend them to anyone searching for an RV!
If you don’t buy your camper there the service department doesn’t want to work on it. I was prepared to use their service department for all my needs but not now. I know I’m just one potential customer but you guys lost me. I won’t take or buy there from now on. Bad business practices.
From the moment I walked in the lot my expectations were exceeded. I loved the no pressure atmosphere. Ron was very knowledgeable and followed through on a tight timeline for us. Tracy was also so helpful and easy to work with. Thanks again!
