It's the worse apartments complex in the 87111zip code. It has become a dog park with poop everywhere. Once yoj decide to move out they will find all sort of dubious means to retain your deposit. Apartments is also very old

I visited a friend who lives here and was very concerned by what I saw. There were multiple cockroaches visible during my visit, which suggests an ongoing pest issue rather than an isolated incident. I also noticed areas of the property that were not being kept clean, including pet waste that appeared to have been left unattended. For a place where people are paying to live, the level of maintenance and cleanliness I observed was disappointing.
