When we first moved here, I thought it was going to be a clean apartment complex for the amount of money that you pay here.But come to find out far from it, the walkways are full of debris leaves.Our apartment was filthy.When we moved in spider webb's dust paint all over the floor they're way better places out there than here.For a lot less cheap

This place is gross and it is not worth your money. It is absolutely NOT A SAFE AREA ANYMORE. The quality of residents and sense of community has declined rapidly in the last two years. Completely understand seeking out affordable rent, but I’m begging you to please look elsewhere. When I started renting here, my space was not even $1200. When I leave, they will be increasing the price to over $1600 monthly to the next tenant for the same unit without upgrades, and I promise it’s not worth it. Maria is a wonderful manager. She can be trusted to make fair decisions with after careful consideration. She takes pride in the community and it’s presentation. The renovations are gorgeous! I highly recommend leasing a home at Mountain Run Apartments.
