Apartment is decent and affordable. Yolanda, at the front office is very helpful and friendly. She also offered an option from a past apartment that was on my record. Would've given 5 stars but there were a lot of issues work orders to be put in when I moved in. Be sure to walk entire apartment and run water, check sinks, outlets. I was missing a few small things like the dishwasher utensil holder and one of the glasses in my fridge. Overall it's a nice living place with refrigerated air and lots of amenities.
We are so excited to call Mountain Run home! Julie and the rest of the staff in the office are absolutely amazing and made us feel right at home from the moment we first walked into the office. Julie gave us a wonderful tour of a 2 bedroom as well as showed us all the amenities they have to offer, we are very excited to use the pool! Thank you again Julie and the rest of the staff for helping us get into a new home!
My mom lives here and i have to say its an amazing property with such an attentive team who cares and tries to make sure their tenants are all taken care of. Management is great and special thanks to the maintenance supervisor Lawrence and his entire team for making sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner! you guys are the best. my mom is super happy here.
