Very quick and easy job!
This place is gross and it is not worth your money. It is absolutely NOT A SAFE AREA ANYMORE. The quality of residents and sense of community has declined rapidly in the last two years. Completely understand seeking out affordable rent, but I’m begging you to please look elsewhere. When I started renting here, my space was not even $1200. When I leave, they will be increasing the price to over $1600 monthly to the next tenant for the same unit without upgrades, and I promise it’s not worth it. Maria is a wonderful manager. She can be trusted to make fair decisions with after careful consideration. She takes pride in the community and it’s presentation. The renovations are gorgeous! I highly recommend leasing a home at Mountain Run Apartments.
I have lived here for 3 years now and it's been okay no issues with the apartment itself or maintenance (parking can get bad trying to find a spot after work), but recently the property keeps shutting off the water every few months for hours at a time without much warning. They email me after the water is already shut off. Really annoying not being able to do laundry, shower, clean or even flush the toilet almost all day when this happens. I understand emergencies happen but this has come up multiple times already.
I loved the old owners. The new ones suck! They never fixed our appliances. I gave it a 5 star rating 3 years ago. Please don't live here.
