Nearly 20 years as a client and at one of the hardest moments as a pet owner, I felt dismissed and unsupported. Total lack of empathy from reception — no attempt to help, no checking with anyone, not even putting me on hold. I will be taking my business to a clinic that shows compassion.

The Doctor was excellent, easy to communicate with, caring about Boia and I felt he was in good hands. My first time at this place and I was very satisfied with the medical services offered to my dog.

I have a 10-week-old Golden Retriever and she needed her second set of shots, so I decided to go to Mountain Road Animal Hospital. I'm planning to move out east from Alberta and was hoping to secure good veterinary services. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with how my appointment went. The vet, Dr. Tony, rushed me through the process and his assistant Justine took it upon herself to take my puppy out of the examination room, without asking my permission, to show Lacey to the rest of the staff. Me and Olive were brought in the exam room right away. We saw the vetinarian and his technician . We were given 2 option for Olive. We were very satisfied. They were very gentle with Olive.
