I always use Mountain Resort Properties when booking rental homes in Sunriver. They are great to work with and the properties are always clean and welcoming. The staff is very nice and accommodating.
This review is related to the property itself, Lassen 20 in Sunriver OR., as well as the service received from Mountain Resort Properties. My up-front experience with the company was great. I called several times and not once did I feel as if I was a bother. Before our expected arrival date in July, my grandson had an accident at a pump track (he was wearing a helmet), which resulted in a traumatic brain injury and surgery. Our house was perfect! We had an issue with the oven, but MRP sent out a repairman, Michael, within the hour. He fixed it and we had a great rest of the trip!
We stayed at 19 Deer. It is furnished very nicely with awesome art work on the walls. It had lots of dishes and cooking utensils. A great hot shower which goes a long ways. It was also very clean which is important to us. Our frustrations were in some small but important areas. We've stayed in many home rentals over the past 15 years and some things you can sort of expect.
