Came in and place smelt like fish due to fish left in garbage disposal. Had to go to store and buy stuff to remove orders. Made call to management and they wrote it off. Stains on carpet, pipe broke in upstairs shower and caused water to leak in downstairs light fixture and floor in laundry room maintenance came interrupted our dinner, couldn't use the shower, main master bed had zero firmness (like sleeping on marshmellow). Other beds squeaked and were not much better. One partial roll of paper towels provided. BBQ dirty.
We had a stellar stay at this Sunriver home! The house was perfectly comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was well-maintained and made it easy to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was fantastic for enjoying everything Sunriver has to offer, and after each day of exploring, it was great to come back to such a welcoming place. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!
The house was large and well laid out. There were several items not working in the house, and Mountain Resort was not responsive to our requests for assistance. The deck was beat up with nails and screws sticking up. We will not stay here again.
The property was perfect and just as advertised. SHARC passes are a must and our property offered those as well as bikes in the garage. So much to do in Sunriver and surrounding areas. It was a special week with family, lots of memories made.
Great house for large family. Lots of bikes and kitchen is stocked !! There was a ceiling fan that kept the upstairs cooler. A/C would be a plus. Fort Rock Park is your backyard. Would stay there again
