What a dissapointment. This is why we rarely eat at "breweries". The food is generally an afterthought, and this seemed to be no exception. The staff seemed to be more interested in each other than the customers. One of the cooks (at least he kept coming out from the back) had long, stringy hair with a cowboy hat and no net. I have nothing against long hair or cowboy hats, but I don't want to dig your hair out of my food. I came here with my girlfriend pretty much every night when we were in Bishop. We kept ordering the salad because we liked it. There was plenty of dressing so you don't have to worry about that but you do have to mix it up yourself. I mixed it up for my girlfriend because things are still early on and I really like her.
