John Eisner @ Mountain Property Services has done several projects on our cabin in the Lake Almanor Country Club and we have been pleased with his work and the cost. He built some redwood gates for our upstairs deck, installed a post and is currently replacing our back door and adding a screen/storm door. He's prompt, courteous, skilled, neat and fair. My next project for him is repairing drywall, taping, texturing and painting our large garage.
