The card machine for the self service wash bay overcharged me twice. I was charged 15$ each time I stopped the card machine and was only supposed to be charged around 5$ each time I used the card machine.
The gentleman that runs it is just so kind and so helpful. I canceled our membership at a chain just so I could say hi to my new friend everyday. He is knowledgeable about his products and he's just got a warm kind smile.
Have been a very satisfied member for two vehicles for over 10 years. Always treated courteously and professionally by the staff. My truck was damaged a few years ago, staff was very helpful completing a claim and offered to let me keep my membership for the brushless wash to preclude further damage. Was disappointed today when I pulled up for my wash and was told by one of the staff members that the manager had directed that I could no longer use my membership for the brushless wash.
