I'd give zero stars if possible. I hired Mountain Pools to close my pool and was disappointed by the sloppy work. They didn't drain or remove the pump, and left loose parts sitting in a few inches of water in the filter basket. They never capped the lines, left the drain hose attached, used rubber plugs on the jets, and wrapped the solar cover with a string like a 5-year-old did it.
