I went in with a kidney stone and the staff was so supportive and helpful. Really professional team.
I've only been to the ER 3 times for myself in my 40 years of life, and this ER was by far the best one I have ever visited. I arrived with appendicitis, and they were kind, listened, thorough in their examination, and quick to respond. I was only there for a short time before being admitted and scheduled for surgery. While visiting and ER really isn't something I would want to do again, I would go back here if ever I had another medical emergency.
Complete mess. This hospital does not care for the soon to be mothers at all. They only care about hospital policies.
What is wrong with Holy Cross Hospital? The nursing staff and others are so unprofessional! My brother has been a patient there. It was the worst experience ever! Then, my wife was seen by radiology in the late part of June 2024 to get an echocardiogram. However, I, we, want to know why TWO things were added to my wife's health record that she has NEVER had problems with.
