The nurses were very kind but when the doctor came in all he did was look at what the urgent care had looked at and said “it’s not that” so I said then what is it?!? He then ordered x rays and more blood work but did no ultrasound (I asked for an ultrasound) and then told me to go home. No treatment, no explanation of why I was in the worst pain of my life, just go home. He dint even prescribe me anything for the pain! In fact he said don’t take anything! Are you kidding? Came here to get checked out after passing out, hitting the ground face first and breaking my nose. The staff from the second we checked in until leaving were honestly amazing. They made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. The doctor who stitched up my lip and nose did an amazing job at making sure I felt as little as possible.
They had my father in law in the waiting room waiting for 40 minutes even after he told them he was having a stroke.
Went in last night around midnight for a terrible stomach bug I had. My nurse Brad and Dr. Diamond were so nice and helpful. Thank you for helping me!!
