Really gone downhill. Front staff (specifically older blonde) not welcoming at all. This office used to have a fun play area with toys and a tv with cartoons. This doesn’t exist anymore and is completely sterile. There also used to be free books for children at their visit. Now, there is nothing geared towards kids and the environment is just sterile and unkind. I will be looking for another provider.
Mooney is great but I've had nothing but problems with this place.
The doctors are wonderful, the staff is great but Paula, the one blonde older receptionist is literally the reason I left. She's snarky, rude, unprofessional, and uncompassionate. Scheduling an appointment typically goes through her and it's always the most unpleasant interaction every single time. I've never once received a greeting (let alone a pleasant one) from her in person or on the phone, it's more like "what do you want now", "whats the name", "why are you calling again".
