The doctors are wonderful, the staff is great but Paula, the one blonde older receptionist is literally the reason I left. She's snarky, rude, unprofessional, and uncompassionate. Scheduling an appointment typically goes through her and it's always the most unpleasant interaction every single time. I've never once received a greeting (let alone a pleasant one) from her in person or on the phone, it's more like "what do you want now", "whats the name", "why are you calling again". As a new resident, I did a great deal of research before selecting a pediatrician and landed on Mountain Pediatric Group, even though it would be a 30 minute drive every time we came. I called in advance, explained our situation and was given a rough quote for how much our new patient well check would be, given that we are self-pay. The visit was standard, nothing outside of what we have done in any other state we have lived (FL and CA) and the pediatrician herself was nice enough.
