Been a patient here since like 2018. Called 2 days before my appointment to reschedule because I am out of town 3 states away and cannot make the FLIGHT back to make my appointment. Dr. Chapman herself refused to waive the cancellation fee and was exceptionally rude on the phone. I am tired of being mistreated and price gouged over the years for mediocre dental work. The reason this practice stays in business is the convenience and nothing else. Good luck getting your fee, I froze all my cards.

I had a patient who needed help with her fixed teeth while traveling to big sky and Dr Chapman made sure she had all necessary things and helped my patient right away. Super nice doctor and highly recommend.

I have been a longtime patient of Dr. Chapman's, over 5 years. It has been a real relief to me to complete some much needed dental work in her expert hands. Metal mercury fillings from 30 years ago needed replacing, a failing bridge - all brought up-to-date and she is a whiz at administering anesthesia painlessly. But she was a real life saver when I was chased by a dog on my bike and when my helmet hit the pavement, it loosened two teeth and chipped a third - from the impact. A real crisis.
