The staff in this office are negligent in their duties. They submitted a garnishment to my employer in September. The debt was paid off on the 30th of that same month. They waited over 30 days to close the account and send notification (by mail) that this was settled, and such my employer took nearly 1000 from my pay check to send to them. They told me in a call that paid accounts were closed and clearance paperwork would be sent within 10 days of payment clearing.
