Nick and Amanda were wonderful to work with. They were quick to respond to my inquiry about a stain on our brand new couch. Nick got the stain out, no problem. We plan to use them for carpet cleaning next. 5-star service!
Mountain Peak Chem Dry is fantastic! They cleaned carpets for our old apartment and our new house as we were moving in. Nick is super responsive and helpful. Carpets are beautifully cleaned, he was very flexible with our schedules and the service was outstanding. Prices are very reasonable for good quality. Would definitely recommend to others! They are also cleaning an area rug for us as well. Will be using them in the future! Thanks so much for all of your help.
The entire process was easy! I called to schedule an appointment a few weeks in advance. The day before the scheduled cleaning, I received a conformation text. The entire time, Nick was very responsive and kept me informed on when he would arrive. He even sent me pictures after the job was complete. I highly recommend this company. They are providing a great service and their customer service is second to none.
Showed up on-time, professional staff that did a professional job, would recommend!
