After at least 10 years of taking my pets to Mountain Park animal hospital, no more. What used to be a family feel vet office has turned into a non-caring, long wait, money hungry business. Every time you call, you are always put on hold and usually for a significant amount of time. Every visit, there is a long wait before they number one answer your call and the number to actually come and get your vet from the parking lot. Jenny in particular is awful.
