Amazing gym, lots of good workout equipment, clean and friendly staff. The gym is nestled amidst the beautiful green trees of the Sierra Nevada's. I've really enjoyed my workouts here. Ty Mountain Muscle!

I really like a rowing machine. They have one ,but it's an old model, other than that, it's all good
I love this gym. It’s especially nice because I can get a good workout and ask anyone available about a question I have pertaining to what I’m doing. Lot’s of friendly people there. Also that adorable Utah pup that just makes me melt and his mommy Melonie. You’d never know she is the owner. Very kind and knowledgeable. I always have a “good feeling” when I leave.
Friendly Staff, clean facilities, lot’s of equipment and lot’s of space.
