I love this gym it can use an update on some leg machines and stair climber but overall it's got everything you need, clean, and the people are incredible
Me an my wife been training here for few years now and we love it. It's spacious, fully equipped and staff is super friendly!!! Mel always has good exercises tips and also fun classes.
Clean gym, many proper machines. Great owners and great people to work out with.
Great gym super nice people
Amazing gym, lots of good workout equipment, clean and friendly staff. The gym is nestled amidst the beautiful green trees of the Sierra Nevada's. I've really enjoyed my workouts here. Ty Mountain Muscle!
