I had an issue with My Cub Cadet ZT1 where it stopped moving. I guessed that a belt had come adrift. I thought I’d sorted that when I found a spring, the tension spring, was hanging down. I rang Mountain Mowers and was put onto Colin. He knew what I was talking about immediately and was able to talk me through the fix over the phone. Thanks Colin, even though you were busy in the workshop, you took the time to help me through my issue. Top marks, 10/10.
