Hands down worst experience ever with this company. They were the company that booked my cross country move through National Van Lines. Everything seemed fine initially and then it turned into a nightmare. Not only was my delivery 2 weeks late, my items, including my piano (I am a professional pianist) and a dresser were damaged while in the warehouse operated by Mountain Moving and Storage. Worst moving experience ever. My items arrived 2 weeks later then promised and my piano and dresser showed up damaged and they will not take responsibility. I am now having to hire a piano refinisher/technician to assess the damage and pay out of my own pocket. I am a professional musician and they have ruined what I used to make a living. I would steer clear!
Awesome moving company! These guys are true pros!!
These men were just the best. They moved all my valuable antiques and did not even scratch one of them. That salesman was the best he answered all my questions and was very polite and easy to talk to. The price was not the cheepest in town but you get what you paid for. I'll tell everyone if you want to move call Mountain Moving and Storage.
Hello, I am a single women who moves every year when my lease is up and have used Mountain Moving every year for the past 3 years and every time I have used this company the men have been very professional in packing and moving all my goods.What pleased me the most is one year they had to take out my sofa thru the balcony and with no problems or bad atitudes ..they did it, with a smile. My husband and I are in the USAF and Mountain Moving and Storage not only stored our belongings but also moved them from Phoenix Az to our new home at Kirtland AFB. They did an amazing job and nothing was broke or lost. My husband was alone and it would have been impossible for him to unpack and move things into our house without the help of the Driver who works for Mountain Moving.
