We were at a campground in North Conway, NH attempting to depart but one of the slides in our motorhome would not retract. The emergency override did not work, so we desperately needed a mobile RV tech to help us. Troy, Michelle & Zackary are the ultimate camper repair team. They go above and beyond from start to finish. When they said they would be at our camper at a certain time, that’s when they showed up. They kept us informed at every step of the process. If they found something that had not been discussed before hand, they let us know with all the information we needed to make an informed decision on how to move forward. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
Troy investigated a leaky water heater for me when other companies weren't willing to really help, and then eventually replaced it with a tankless. He did a great job, and is very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Troy!
