Window fell out in rain and a worker closed it for me and I got appointment right off. It took approx 1 hr to fix. So grateful
No issues. Bad weather but they let me switch from mobile to shop to change windshield, no issues. Thanks!

A 10, of course! We had a driver side windshield chip that was always in the drivers vision, which was really annoying! The tech repaired the chip, and the chip is no longer a burden! To coin phrase - we can see clearly now the chip all but gone!
