I’d give them a 10. Fixed my windshield within 24 hours of my call. I've been very impressed with the tech who did the replacement in my home. Equally impressive is the office staff who booked the appointment and followed up on scheduling the tinting of the front windshield. Totally satisfied and pleased with this service!
