Mountain mobile glass recently replaced the windshield on my wife's vehicle. While the windshield is installed and appears to be what I paid for. They did not tighten the windshield wiper arms. Nor did they replace the lost or broken plastic fastener in the molding. I called and left a message asking for assistance with this issue and was told someone would stop by and fix it.
