I had a windshield replaced by Mountain Mobile Auto Glass today from the first call to the office they were professional and very helpful with my insurance company. Nate Brown was the technician he was also very professional he called just afternoon like promised to let me know he was on the way. Nate is very knowledgeable about his profession and did a great job of replacing the windshield and clean up he was finished before I knew it. Nate came to our residence in Overgaard and had our glass replaced by 11am leaving the rest of the day free for us. He provided very friendly service and did an excellent job on replacing the windshield of our PRIUS. Also, the package of freebies they offer is far and away the best deal on the mountain. I have had to deal with several auto glass companies and this one was the best I had to deal with. Kevin and his staff treated me like a friend or family and not just a number. I would recommend them to anyone with out hesitation.
I am an Insurance Broker in Heber/Overgaard and am referring my clients all the time for glass repairs,so I wanted to review Mt Mobile Auto Glass as a company to potentially refer my clients to. Kevin Kerr, General Manager came to my home and not only replaced my windshield but replaced the molding as well. During this process he noticed rust damage in the windshield frame so he used a factory paint product on the affected areas before replacing the glass.
