The car was not licensed or registered, and when asked to correct this, the owner Marcelo acted unprofessionally and refused to deliver the vehicle or refund the deposit that was already paid. They took 3 months to fix our air conditioner after literally stating that they "didn't know what was wrong." Whatever they did they did not put our car back together properly. The driver seat was loose and moves whenever we accelerate or brake, the plastic around the dash was not clipped in properly and wires were exposed, our user manual was out on the floor, etc. After contacting them they told us that these issues were our fault and that in order to fix our seat it would cost us $3500.
