My husband and I stopped there on Sunday evening. We walked in and looked around for someone. No one was there. Store was unlocked office was open but no one was is sight we did say hello is anyone there several times.

Purchased a NEW hot tub from Mountain Mist with Manage Austin. Ordered 10/30/24. Was told 4-6 weeks. Now being told MAYBE Jan. 20th it should be in town, not at my home, but intown. Seriously don't believe anything Austin tells me as he has told me false info all along. It was a Christmas gift, so ordering 10/30/24 with the furthest lead time being 6 weeks, shouldn't be a problem. Now will be lucky to get by Valentines day. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!
