My daughter tried to wash her truck in one of the self wash bays. It took her money and would not work. She could not get the money back. She called the company and left a message. I have also called and nobody will return the call.
Still waiting for my refund from the bay closest to their automatic car wash… it doesn’t even work. Left a voicemail to let them know and I still see people complaining that bay doesn’t work.
8.09.26 Husband took his truck here to clean the dirt and grim out of his truck bed. The water had no pressure- verily squirted out any water. The place took his card info and couldn't even wash his truck. Tried calling the number and no one answered - highly disappointed. Here's a picture of his unwashed truck after going here.
For 5 years we have been coming to wash our vehicles (8) and now we have to use our credit or debit cards, what is wrong with this picture. So sad you will lose business, people do not want to chance having thier money stolen. You let people get quarters but we cant use them.
