Went to use self carwash bay 2. Coin machine broken and requested credit card use only. Swiped credit card, turned on rinse cycle, and found the spray hose was damaged and spraying water everywhere with the hose whipping around uncontrollably. Never got to use the car wash. Called the business many times with no callback. Took video to show the owner. The hose was just repaired and no callback or refund to me.
The auto wash will hurt your mirrors paint finish. The self service is fine but I don’t recommend the auto if you’re in a sports car.
