Out of business RIP this Place sucks no customer service try to call by them all departments voice mailboxes are full I regret doing business with these guys scammers warning bad news
I ordered a hot tub cover 14 weeks ago, they told me it would be 8-10 weeks. I have already paid in full for this cover and they continue to blow me off and not provide an update. I finally talked with the manager, Austin. He said he would look into it and get back to me shortly. He never called me back. I would never do business with this company again.
BUYER BEWARE! This company is selling spas that they didn't pay for. That means zero warranty and the customer is out of luck if there is a problem. The owner Kara will not respond to the manufacturer and is being sent to collections. Again, you are warned if you are looking for a spa.
