Two out of the last three times I’ve ordered from these guys, they’ve canceled the order for no reason and not bothered to call or explain. I finally get an email from them five minutes after my food was supposed to be delivered telling me they canceled it five minutes after I ordered it. So, by the time I find out that they canceled my order, it’s too late to order from someone else and wait for the food to arrive. Never again, no pizza is worth the hassle. 5 Stars for Food & Service, 1 Star for Atmosphere This was my first time visiting Mountain Mike’s in Brea, and while the food and customer service were fantastic, the experience was ruined by the heat. The AC was completely out during a summer heatwave, making it unbearable inside. Even though it was around 82°F outside, it felt like well over 100°F inside with zero air circulation. Came for the pizza, stayed for the kind, helpful service and cozy atmosphere! Ingrid and Jessica helped me and my friends this last trip and made sure we were well fed! I'll keep coming back as long as I can 💜
The staff is very friendly. They have a good selection of options, many at a decent price. Very good pizza and wings!
