I called Mountain Mike’s in Waterford to ask what their specials were, and the response I received was, “All the specials are listed online or on the mobile app.” I found that to be very rude. I called specifically so I could place an order over the phone not be redirected elsewhere. It would’ve taken just a few seconds for the employee to tell me what the specials were.If they can’t even take the time to provide basic customer service over the phone, it really makes me not want to spend my money there. Only giving an 4 because I was unable to use my $10 rewards but the customer service was good even though I could tell the employee was having a hard morning but she made one hell of a pizza I havent enjoyed one like that in awhile
