Food is amazing honestly but that’s not what I’m writing the review for - they have some games in the corner and on the machine that gives out the cards with credit it says “no refunds play at your own risk”… what it SHOULD say is OUT OF ORDER - I didn’t get a card AT ALL after paying $5. I kept being told we can’t get a refund and I said I don’t want a refund, my daughter would like to play a game with the $5 I just spent and she kept saying yeah it doesn’t work so we don’t give refunds … it should not be on at all if that’... read more
I ordered and paid online. Arrived 35 minutes later and they had not started making the pizza. They said because I was 1st time customer they needed to call and I didn’t answer so they didn’t make it. East Palo Alto.
Staff is nice, prompt, and accommodating - But reasonably accommodating To help the customers experience without hurting their business. Thanks to Michele this was my experience, however it was notable that other staff members were giving great service too - all while working as a team. Well done
