I ordered a six-piece of buffalo wings. While the cashier was removing the wings from the oven, she dropped one piece. She then looked to the person working with her (who she said was her mom) for guidance on how to handle it. When I made it clear that I seen the piece dropped i expressed i did not want the dropped wing placed back into my order, she became visibly irritated that I had noticed the drop. Writing I had high expectations, but unfortunately this was a disappointing experience. The quality didn't match what was advertised, and it felt overpriced for what I received. Customer service was slow to respond and didn't fully resolve my concerns.
