I would give zero stars if possible! I placed an order with specific instructions that were completely ignored. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, I was dismissed and hung up on mid-call — incredibly rude and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I won’t be ordering from here again. If you care about being treated decently and getting what you actually ordered, look elsewhere.
We placed an online order yesterday evening for two pizzas. Unfortunately, there was no option to leave a note with special requests, so we called the restaurant right after placing the order to ask for one of the pizzas without cheese, as we have a vegan friend. We clearly said that if it wasn’t possible, we’d happily cancel and order somewhere else. Absolutely awful service. they are constantly rude and always hang up on my calls. food is good but takes a while to make. Also very expensive and overpriced.
Great place to hang out with friends . Big dine in area only place in Montclair village I like. Tv with game on love it . Quick fast service .
