Server was not attentive and did not check in. Server gave us cups but we had to get our own drinks. Plus, saw half the staff including our server go outside to vape. The food was bad and the marinara was not normal as shown in the picture it was a solid block. I got my food 20 minutes after my friend I was with. Do not recommend.
Manager at the Tempe location argued with me that my order said no cheese, but my DoorDash order clearly states base cheese no mozzarella my pizza arrived with no cheese at all both of them because I ordered times two. No refund nothing was compensated.
Now this is the best pizza 🍕 in the world. We'll it's the best I ever had and I ran a top of the line Italian restaurant back in the day. Things have changed since then obviously. You want a great pie give them a try. You won't be dissatisfied. Check out online and order today. Damn this is awesome.
First off, we came in around 830pm on Pi Day!!!! The manager was up front and he immediately honored the Pi Day special. For that and the service alone we are grateful! Mountain Mike's is definitely 5 stars for service. Thank you!!!
I can never say anything bad about the pizza here and most all the staff is nice. Accept for today a manager by the name of Jeremy. We started doing pizza night on Wednesday because mom used to make her pizza every Wednesday unfortunately we lost mom 2 weeks ago and decided to go to the best pizza in Mesa every Wednesday so I'm eating my salad and Jeremy the manager is walking around watching us then he comes up to me and states that the other table with the rest of the family members also had a salad and it wasn't on my ... read more
