have been waiting 45 minuets! they forgot our order! 3 different people with orders have gone out and a delivery! totally unacceptable!
rude service people and bad service
This place has trouble counting to 6 correctly... I ordered 6 wings and a mountain pizza only to get 5 wings. I called the store to let them know however i was met with incompetence by the name of "Jennifer". She told me to come pick up my one wing or get a 15% discount. 1st i chose the discount and was asked for my name to be written down for my next visit. The pizza was okay, instead of a 20 minute wait it was more like 30. After I paid for my food, we went to sit down and the dining area was dirty. The employees were dang near non existent. The guy who took my order left for most of the time, one of the female staff members was too busy on her phone to answer the company phone. The 3rd employee a female staff member was too lazy to come out to address a customer concern. I will not be ordering from there ever again.
