they are very bad at business practice's need to learn customer skills
So disappointed in this location. How can your employees treat customers with disabilities so rude and hurtful? I'm sure you could imagine how embarrassed and how upset a person can be being rushed to eat, having to ask for the restroom code, but to be ignored multiple times and when they got it the employees acted like it was an "inconvenience" for them. You should be ashamed on how you treated them, especially the manager of that shift to allow employees to blatantly discriminate against people with disabilities.
SHAME on Mountain Mike's they wouldn't let adults with disabilities eat with their paying customers peers just bc a few of them have dietary restrictions they were asked to leave #discrimination
They don’t allow people and disabled people to bring in their lunch to eat with others who are purchasing from their establishment. But yet, other people can throw parties and bring their treats that is outside food. Totally makes sense. 🙄 Feel free for you to tell the families of these people who you refused the establishment and services to. I bet you won’t now.

Seriously so tired of you repeat an order three times to the employees and they ALWAYS get it wrong no matter how many times you tell them. Then when you go back and say something they will give you a free one but seriously?! You can’t make it right the first time?! But if we don’t want the free one because then we’d have three pizzas it’s a 35% discount on the next? Are you kidding me it should be free all together on the next one if you don’t take the offer right then. Wasting gas and money on it yet again. Such a joke.

I walked in at 11:08. They had no pizzas out. I should have left, but gave the buffet a try. At 11:25 he put out a pepperoni pizza and one more with ham and mushrooms. At about 11:55 he put a sausage and pep out. They advertise a dessert pizza. I never saw it. For $7.99 I can order my own toppings from Pizza Hut. He was not even friendly. Perhaps it's the reason the place was empty.
