I placed an order for my pizza online Said my order was going to be ready in 30 minutes I arrived to pick it up ended up having to wait another hour for my order this is the third time that that's happened at this location their customer service sucks sometimes the managers arguing very loudly with the staff in the back this is the last time I'll order from them I will take my business elsewhere even if I have to drive out of town to get it I'll probably still get it faster than I would from them.
Was on our way from Salida to Escalon to family's house. Called in to order pizza and was placed on hold, 10 minutes go by, still on hold. Had my son call from his phone, while mine was still on hold, they answer and take the order.... all the while my phone was STILL ON HOLD. When we got there and I went to pay for the order, I politely mention the phone debacle.... the guy gives me a blank stare and a "huh".... no apologies, no nothing, and then to top it off we waited for another 30 minutes for our order... Very good pizza never had it before but I will go back
We unfortunately felt so uncomfortable. The food was great. We understood it was late and had 30 minutes until closing time. But we felt so uncomfortable. Was not greeted with the best attitude.
