Family ordered a mountain over the phone. They gave us a large. I paid, picked it up and came home with it. Family was disappointed so I called customer service. Customer service promised a free large to make up for the mistake. I get to the restaurant, then I am told by staff that I have to pay. I call customer service again, after a lot of back and forth, they tell me that they made a mistake, that I have to pay, but I can get credit the next time. There won't be a next time.
