This Mt Mikes really lacks in the customer service department. They need to work on better service with their customers. I get you guys are busy and frustrated but you shouldn’t take it out on the customer with your rude service. Also must I mention the food quality has gone down. The wings were cold and not covered well in sauce. They don’t even cut the pizza slices correctly. I much rather drive to ceres Mt Mikes where they have amazing customer service and great quality food. This place has gone downhill.

Why is it that you have a pizza delivered you don’t get any cheese or pepper flakes. When you ask for ranch and pay for it you don’t even get that😡poor service all around.

The young blonde girl from this location was very rude and had poor customer service. I’m not the type of person to write reviews but the experience here was very upsetting. I did not catch her name but I think it’s starts with a K. I will not be coming back to this location.

We ordered a large pepperoni and anchovie pizza with white sauce, 2 ranches, and a 2 liter soda. We had it delivered which was a very reasonable fee, and the delivery driver even arrived much earlier than estimated! She was very attentive and called right away when she arrived, and even gave us extra ranch! We paid cash, and we were allowed to use a coupon too.
