Always friendly and are always happy to spend the extra time to make sure my hair is just the way I want it.
Never has any walk-ins despite barbers sitting around doing nothing. The hair cut I ended up getting wasn't any better than First choice, I suspect they share the same barbers.

I went in with long hair. All I can say my hair was butchered. My disappointment was known and she said your hair will grow. She was shown the length i wanted which was still long and obviously didn’t care and cut it short. I have not had short hair in years. They should remove long hair services from their options.
Terrible experience, no one greeted me . Get #4 with clippers. She wet my hair and started clippers, lol All the hair was getting stuck in machine. Seemed if it was first time. Changed clippers and struggled to finish. Hilarious for $35. Very unprofessional all the way around
