I cannot say enough good things about this business! I showed up without an appointment and they fit me in for an oil change, same day. They got it done hours earlier than expected, which was a welcome surprise. When I drove away I noticed a scraping sound. I was worried, so I asked if they wouldn't mind taking a look. They got me right in and found that a plastic covering had been loose (from driving around hiking areas) and was scraping the ground. They lifted it up, trimmed it back and secured it free of charge. These guys are fantastic and honest when it comes to vehicle issues. I use them for bus fleet services and trust them with my own personal vehicle also. The whole team has always been enthusiastic and professional so I do not want to name anyone specifically in the off-chance I leave someone out! Our Mercedes Sprinter van died in Yoho during our visit to Banff and we were able to limp to Mountain Men Mechanics Friday evening and be seen by their mechanics Monday morning. While it's never ideal to be stranded anywhere, we were really thankful to be stranded where Sprinters are their bread and butter. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable and they were able to get the parts quickly and get us on the road to Denver, CO by Tuesday afternoon with a new alternator and batteries.
