I came in as a last-minute walk-in, desperate to repair a hole in the tire that was punctured by a nail. I was searching first thing in the morning and got turned away by every single local mechanic due to not working on the specific issue or being booked solid (understandable at this time of year). I came into the front office of Mountain Men Mechanics and was greeted by Teagan who was extremely helpful from the start. I am not thrilled with recent services, the tire swap and balance has caused some sort of problem with my back left tire. I sincerely hope they'll take a look for me. While the other work was fine, nothing wrong with customer service, but too expensive here, and the quote I was given is practically an engine rebuild. As a local and neighbour to this business, I am a bit disappointed. Hope they can help me sort this issue out. I will need to take future service to a more reasonably priced garage.

Super grateful that they squeezed me in amongst all my miscommunication and unorganisation on my part with my insurance company due to my car now being older than 12 years. & then getting the work done as soon as they got they got the parts in & for Teagan keeping me posted on time frames!
