I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at the MMS urgent care in Saranac. I was there in in mid July and saw Dr. Pond. He and the staff there (Shannon and I think Rebecca-- I hope I have her name right) were so professional and caring and pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone. I hope I do not have to see a doctor while on vacation any time soon again, but if I do, I will go there for certain.

I felt like I was the most important person of the day. Care was given quickly, efficiently, kindly, and with ample opportunity to discuss my questions and concerns.

I see someone else gave this urgent care a 1 star, but I had a completely different experience. I needed an appointment for vaccines before I traveled to India (next week) and the woman I spoke with was so kind and helpful, never being short because this was last minute (another place I called was this way). I am able to get in ASAP with the vaccines I need before my trip!
