This facility is not kid friendly. My family and I showed up for a Covid test at 7:08am, we filled out the paperwork and were told it was a 3.5-4 hour wait. The parking lot and lobby were packed with people. We took our toddlers to a park down the road and waited. We got a call 1 hour later saying they were ready for us, but since we weren't in the parking lot we are no longer welcome to get tested at ANYTIME today and need to go somewhere else or come back another day. Great place for occupational health, or when you are feeling ill and need a quick visit with a provider. They even have COVID testing and it’s very convenient.
Sends stuff to collections without notifying you of debt. Refuses to try to help patients with billing issues.
