First time to this clinic. They got me in and out within 15 mins - I was prepared to wait an hour. Friendly, helpful staff and doctor. Will come back as needed. Parking is just downstairs in the Maple Ridge Activity center underground pay parking. The walk in clinic portion is in a blind corner past the pharmacy, walk into and past the pharmacy then turn left. The door to the walk in clinic was shared with the pharmacy.
One receptionist in particular seems to be completely incompetent. And this is after years of me reluctantly dealing with this clinic. There is a shortage of doctors and clinics in B.C...
Dr Richard’s is literally the best dr I’ve ever had.She is so very smart and knowledgeable . compassionate caring…Shes wonderful with children…Dr Richard’s has the most beautiful presence she is so cheerful and kind…Our whole family adores her…Thankyou Dr Richard’s for being the best Dr in the world!
Something as simple as faxing a prescription is not reliable for these inconsiderate employees. My prescription was forgotten about for the 4th time in 2 years. Now I'm leaving the country and will have to find a doctor in a foreign country. They won't care. There is no accountability. No consideration for patients.
