The phone line is always busy. I want to book an appointment and I called from 10 am - 2:00 no one is answering. What is the point of the phone line that’s there is no one to answer. I am very upset with the phone service.
Rude and unprofessional receptionists, a negligent and forgetful doctor who forgot my inhaler refill, filed my mother’s blood test requisition wrong, and in general is very poor at communicating. They refuse to take accountability for THEIR own mistakes. While my mother was taking time out of her day to drive down to their practice because they botched the requisition, she overheard one of their receptionists telling someone that they’ll have to come back because the doctor left before their appointment. Every time I call to book an appointment with my doctor, the MOAs are very kind and helpful. There was one time where the call went to voicemail, but I tried 2h later and I got through. Helpful, kind, respectful and Dr. Patidar is great as well. I've always been polite to the staff and they've been kind back. I think people that have a negative experience maybe go into calls in a rude manner, or they are possibly with another doctor; but my experience with the MOAs and Dr. Patidar has been nothing short of excellent.
