Had a brake line failures and made arrangement to leave my vehicle while Out of town for Kootenay Mechanical to fix and do servicing on my A class Fleetwood Storm 32BH. Brakes were very soft to almost non existent. Also the starter was intermittent and would not even react at time. Their mechanics determined that one line had a leak and then found more as they fixed one after the other on a 14 years old RV. The mechanic also tried to locate the issue with the starter. Good day,Informing all truck drivers & companies ! BE AWARE The other day our trailer's air levelling value was leaking & when I explained the problem to the shop also before starting the work they confirmed that they could fix it. They took 12 hours to attempt to fix the issue, which we had already detected. Still they couldn't fix the problem after 12 hours along Instead of repairing it they damaged 2 more of my air bags which were new only a week old. Awesome company, got my business out of a hole, Friday afternoon, totally forgot about getting the trucks commercial test done, called them & they fit me in, 2 1/2 hours later I had the certificate in my hand. That is what service is, they made it work for me & product can now be delivered, you can’t ask for more, thank you guys so much

My company was from out of town and our generator went down. Mountain Mechanical had us in right away and back out the door within an hr. The customer service is over the top and Shelley was extremely kind. Thank you guys.
