The lady at the service desk was rude. Told me that they couldn't pick up the diagnosing of my ac where the last shop left off and they would have to do their own diagnosing. When I talked to the mechanic he told me if he knew another shop had already done all that diagnosing, he would pick up where they left off. They ended up doing the exact same diagnostics as the last shop did. In the end they charged me $800+ and told me they couldn't properly diagnose my ac problem because of the temperature outside. I had the same experience as Jena Stooburg. Took my F350 in to checked out (was running) and it stopped running while in their care. After 3 days of so called diagnosing and 2000 dollars later, I told them I was getting the truck towed somewhere else. To charge me that much and not fix the truck is disgusting and dishonest. Will be telling everyone about my experience.
