I called on off-hours and Gary was very helpful on things I could check as a homeowner when there was water ponding due to a condensate problem during the July heat.
We received the most amazing customer service from Gary towards the end of July. Our AC went out in our house, I tried all of the normal tricks that I knew to no avail. We called Gary who was extremely busy of course at this time of the year, he referred us to another business because he was booked out over a week and was looking to get us cooling again sooner than what he could do, The other place had the same timeline as for service so I called Gary back. Called Mountain Mechanical on Sunday to do some diagnostic work on my HVAC system which has a heat pump and was not working. Owner Gary answered and made an appointment for the next business day. He arrived and did some extensive work and actually called in another tech who also checked system before condemning it.. I was very satisfied with their. advice and they will be both involved in replacing my HVAC SYSTEM. I have Great confidence that new system will work great!
