Family owned and operated since 1956, Mountain Meadow is a traditional, co-ed summer camp for ages 7 to 16, uniquely located on a lush 900 acre ranch northwest of Lake Tahoe in the northern Sierras, and 75 miles from the Reno-Tahoe Int'l Airport. DON"T SEND KIDS HERE! – My daughter was a victim of racism and bullying at this camp by other campers. While the counselors and other staff, Chip, were made aware of the situation, they did nothing to resolve it. Chip even screened her letters and telephone calls so we were not informed about the situation until after she came home.
