One day after a de-knotting massage with Stephany and I am still feeling wonderful! She was very professional and worked all my problem areas and incorporated range of motion as well. Will be booking with her again in the future.

I highly recommend Megan! She knows how to work out the soreness in your muscles without the pain of too much pressure and pain in the process. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The salt room is also pretty awesome.
First and foremost, Janae is amazing!!! I have had a lot of massages and she has now set the bar. I would say her style is very therapeutic and healing. Not just someone rubbing you. She asks about troubled spots and then actually works on them. My shoulders are feeling great now after over a decade. The Cupping may seem like voodoo but it makes those troubled areas seem to heal and pulls out inflammation. The down side would have to be that you do need to plan when you want to see her.
