Just had an amazing massage with Stephany. She incorporated massage and range of motion. Her pressure was just right, especially on my feet and hands. Thank you!
I highly recommend Megan! She knows how to work out the soreness in your muscles without the pain of too much pressure and pain in the process. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The salt room is also pretty awesome.
First and foremost, Janae is amazing!!! I have had a lot of massages and she has now set the bar. I would say her style is very therapeutic and healing. Not just someone rubbing you. She asks about troubled spots and then actually works on them. My shoulders are feeling great now after over a decade. The Cupping may seem like voodoo but it makes those troubled areas seem to heal and pulls out inflammation. The down side would have to be that you do need to plan when you want to see her. I had my first massage here today with Janae (Prenatal massage), and it was great! She listened when I began to feel a little physically uncomfortable (not her fault, just 30 weeks pregnant) and accommodated me to immediately make me comfortable. She massaged every part of my body and I left feeling so relaxed and less tense. She was so kind and made me mentally feel comfortable as soon as I got there.
