It's hard to describe exactly what I'm feeling. I haven't had a massage in well over 10 years. But I can tell you this is far beyond anything I've ever experienced before. The touch and just absolute care that Shi just gifted me with is nothing short of miraculous. She made me feel so comfortable with just her spirit but my whole body is calm and completely relaxed as well. I guess the only way to say it is she is just calming to the soul...
