Shileigha is the best! She is kind, intuitive, and tailors her approach to your specific needs. I have intense neck pain from multiple car accidents, but Shileigha is able to help me keep the headaches at bay. I drive over an hour one way for my monthly appt...worth it!
It was the most amazing session. I’ve been dealing with life long injury’s and have seen multiple therapists, my first session far exceeded my expectations! Simply put, it was healing.
I haven't had a massage in awhile, and wasn't really sure what modality would address my neck and back problems best. Shi was amazing, and after chatting about my issues gave the most wonderful massage. The atmosphere, and Shi were both so relaxing and I left feeling better than I had in a long time. Highly recommend!
