Consistently excellent service, very patient and kind. Clinic is clean, well maintained. Equipment is upgraded consistently. I am very glad to be their patient.
I’ve been going to mountain mall since 2020! I can honestly say they’re one of the best dental clinics I’ve been to. I have a lot of dental anxiety and hated going to the dentist growing up but ever since I started at mountain mall I’ve been a lot better and I look forward to my dental appointments now. I was visiting from out of town, and unfortunately for me I broke one of teeth, I walked in and even though they looked busy and full, I was treated nicely and when asked, Dr. AL-Riyahi went above and beyond and took me in between his appointments, I’m so glad he was able to otherwise my time off would have been a nightmare. I appreciated the treatment there and them going above and beyond to help me out in such a short notice.
The hygienist and desk stuff was so rude, I won’t come back.
I took my 30yr old disabled daughter here for a cleaning. The hygienist and staff are great but my issue is that they charged her an extra 75$ for the cleaning. She is with the new Ontario health benefits and the office fees are higher. You would think if the person is using the Ontario benefit that the office would not charge extra. Others do match and she’s moved on.
