The hygienist and desk stuff was so rude, I won’t come back.
I took my 30yr old disabled daughter here for a cleaning. The hygienist and staff are great but my issue is that they charged her an extra 75$ for the cleaning. She is with the new Ontario health benefits and the office fees are higher. You would think if the person is using the Ontario benefit that the office would not charge extra. Others do match and she’s moved on.
Just writing this to thank Dr. Kisswani for always being kind to me and going above and beyond to help me out when I was having jaw issues about a year and a half ago. I’ve since shifted from Hamilton and never got a chance to say thanks to Dr.Kisswani.

Went to get my cleaning today. And the hygienist was super friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend. The doctor’s are friendly too.
