I would give more stars if they let me! I called at noon on Saturday when water was backing up into the house. Joe was here pronto and figured out that the septic tank was frozen. He had it thawed out and the pipe scoped in no time. Very respectful of not damaging anything else or getting the house dirty. If you want the job done right the first time call Mountain Magic!

This was the most disappointing plumbing service I have ever dealt with between the Midwest and Colorado! After taking four days to get to the house, we were charged $900 for 2.5 hours of work. This business also requires that you sign a waiver stating that if any equipment breaks you were responsible. The home owner was charged $300 for a broken cable line. Who knows how old the cable was in general? Isn’t this why businesses have insurance… Crappy way to get your equipment replaced when it could be on its last leg and happ... read more

Had a septic smell coming from our basement. Called Joe and with his expertise of blowing smoke back through the system he was able to locate the issue and get it fixed! Highly recommend him for his experience!
