I made an emergency call late night on THANKSGIVING. I felt so bad to bother anyone on a holiday but we were in a serious pinch. I left a voicemail and had little hope. I got a call within 30 minutes. Jon was at my house early the next morning! I thought we were screwed until Monday after the holiday. Our problem was solved quickly and our Friendsgiving was saved ! Our family just can't express enough gratitude for Joe and this gem of a company in Leadville. He was completely on time for a same-day call, kind and professional and explained everything clearly. He quickly repaired/replaced parts for an obnoxious bathroom sink issue, improved a kitchen sink issue, and got us on his schedule to install a replacement vanity and kitchen faucet in a wonderfully timely manner.
