I hired their food truck to cater a large ~90 person event and they were fantastic! Prompt communication, on time for the event, had more than enough food, and the food was a hit at the party. Highly recommend.

Holy cow!!! Their in-house chef catering was amazing. They cooked a wonderful 4 course dinner for my wife's 40'th birthday. We had 14 guests. They were very professional, personal, and they served delicious food. Our chef, Rich, knows his craft and made our night special.

We used Mountain Lotus Provisions for a catering job. Booked far in advance, I checked in with them two weeks prior to event. Seems they “forgot” about us in a chef change, and scrambled at the last minute. While some things were great (service), the food was subpar and very disappointing, and expensive. Small serving, and ran out. I booked because of their reputation, but with the changes and the last minute scramble, it did not come close to expectations. I would skip them for any important, big event.

Food was incredible. I had the Bun Mi Burger and the onigiri at their truck at the Made in Tahoe festival at Palisades Tahoe. The burger was a unique take on burgers with clear inspiration from Banh Mi sandwiches, and the onigiri was rich and full of flavor. Edit: Visited their physical location a few months later in Truckee. The menu was a bit different, but the food was just as excellent and the earlier review still applies :)
